- Online consultations are not a guarantee that we can carry out your treatment. A more in-depth consultation in-clinic may result in you not being medically suitable for treatment. We may need a doctor’s note before we can carry out some of our procedures.
- There is no guarantee that any of our procedures will be successful due to each client being individual and you may require subsequent treatments to achieve optimum results. Each separate treatment is chargeable unless otherwise stated.
- There can be downtime with your skin which needs to be considered before treatment.
- We will need to take before and after photos of the area so we can monitor improvement and results of your treatment.
- 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rearrangement for your appointment is required otherwise a 50% cancellation fee will be added to your profile.
